Public Meeting Information

All public meetings will be conducted in the boardroom, unless otherwise instructed.

Doors open for screening at 9:00 a.m.

Each person will go through the security screening individually until cleared. Screening methods include the use of walk-through metal detectors, metal detecting hand wands, physical searches, and visual observations.

All purses, bags, containers, etc. will be screened as well, so we ask that you have these items readily available.

Any objects considered hazardous, or in the screeners’ judgment that can be used as weapons, (such as but not limited to guns, knives, pocket knives, fingernail clippers, metal fingernail files, etc.) will be confiscated and returned upon your departure. Any objects confiscated and not picked up after the meeting will be disposed of, or destroyed, the next day.

All meetings begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. If you arrive late, you will be seated in the lobby area after you have been cleared through the security screening process.

We ask that all cell phones be turned off when entering the boardroom.

Parking is permitted in the parking deck across the street in the One Union Building parking deck, as well as alongside the building (metered). We do not pay any parking fees.
